Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Information Systems, Digital Science, Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or a related field plus five years of progressive work experience in any position/title providing experience with NETAPP, Linux & IBM Insight.

Duties
Design, configure and implement enterprise level storage arrays.
Install and configure storage arrays in data centers and integrate them into the network.
Design and maintain enterprise level storage solutions.
Design, implement and maintain backup solutions.
Perform upgrades which are not platform-centric and patch different storage systems and systems consuming the storage services.
Consult with different functional teams to evaluate and understand business requirements.
Assist in designing and deploying virtual environments.
Work with domain admins to troubleshoot any security issues with CIFS environments.
Support the design, planning and cost proposals that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to resolve errors and issues that occur.
Troubleshoot and assist others with root cause analysis and reporting.
Work independently as a technical resource assigned to a project.
Provide on-call support as needed.
