Duties
Gather business information and document process improvement.
Analyze, define and interpret business needs and issues by documenting and validating business and technical requirements.
Provide data analysis and reports. Identify test scenarios and create test cases for successful implementation of projects.
Interact directly with clients.
Provide functional support for existing and future business processes.
Collaborate with the team to assess the cross-functional impact of business decisions across the Salesforce and Apttus platforms and provide inputs on IT processes and procedures affecting the team.
